Difference Between Chocolate Conche Machine and Chocolate Ball Mill
Normally for most of chocolate factories, they produce chocolate mass by chocolate conche machine or chocolate ball mill. Then what’s their difference?
1. Way of producing chocolate mass: for chocolate conche machine, chocolate mass is produced by scratching between scrapers and sticks. Stickers put around the interior of cylinder tank one by one; scraper blades can be adjusted by the small motor. Interior structure can be viewed on our website. For chocolate ball mill, chocolate mass is produced by scratching between steels ball. Different capacity, the weight of balls is different to.
2. Capacity: for 1000L chocolate conche machine, it needs 12-16hours to grind refined chocolate mass; for 1000L chocolate ball mill, it needs 10 hours only;
3. Usage: chocolate mass produced by conche machine is more refined. So it is used to produced chocolate mainly; chocolate mass produced by chocolate ball mill tastes not very refined. So it’s used to coating mainly. It can be coated on Wafer, biscuits, and various nuts.
